Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday Friday | 7:00 AM 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $17.00 $20.00 per hour DOE

Position Summary
The Machine Operator is responsible for safely operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient production of high-quality concrete masonry products. This role includes monitoring production processes, troubleshooting equipment issues, performing preventative maintenance, maintaining safety standards, and supporting daily plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor production machinery and related equipment safely and efficiently.
Perform machine startup, shutdown, inspections, and operational adjustments.
Maintain consistent production quality and efficiency standards.
Troubleshoot mechanical and operational equipment issues.
Perform preventative maintenance and minor equipment repairs.
Operate forklifts and front-end loaders safely when needed.
Complete mold box changes, equipment setup, cleaning, and storage.
Follow production schedules and manufacturing procedures.
Maintain accurate production and maintenance records.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe throughout the shift.
Follow all company safety policies, PPE requirements, and workplace procedures.
Assist with training and supporting team members as directed by management.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of machine operator experience required.
Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to operate industrial machinery, forklifts, and loaders.
Experience using hand tools, pneumatic tools, and power tools.
Knowledge of workplace safety standards and procedures.
Strong attention to detail and quality control.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods, including up to 12-hour shifts if required.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Frequent walking, climbing, bending, reaching, and operating heavy equipment.
Ability to safely work around industrial machinery and uneven surfaces.
