Bilingual Customer service Ambassador -MCO
Location: Orlando International Airport
This is a Bilingual Position.
Portuguese, Mandarin, Japanese, Russian, German, Hindi
Arabic
Must be in the same assignment for 1 year or more to qualify you.
Must be Fluent in English and a Secondary Language.
Job Details:
10 plus positions available.
Must be able to work 8 hours standing in a shift
Immediate Hire after passing background
LOCATION: Orlando International Airport
Payrate $16.75 per hour
Weekly Pay
FT positions (Mandatory Weekends)
1st shift 4am to 12:30 pm
3rd Shift 3:30pm to 12 am
Must be able to work weekends. Every weekend
2-week paid Training 40 hours each Week Monday to Friday
The Customer Service Ambassador will be assisting guests, and passengers by providing them with correct information to every question or request. As this is a bilingual position the candidate should be able to speak and understand fluently one of the following languages along with English:

All passengers and guests must be greeted in a courteous and professional manner Ability to resolve any uprising issues or concerns that may come about Able to work in front of a group of people while communicating clearly, effectively and professionally in a high-stress environment
Requirements:
Required to work on the weekends and holidays.
Able to walk and stand for extended periods of time (8 hours or more).
Ability to speak and hear clearly.
Be fluent in English and a secondary language a must.
Minimum of 1 year of Customer Service Experience.
Required to have a GED or High School Diploma.
Must pass a background
Must pass a drug test
