Job Title: Information Technology (IT) Specialist
Pay Rate: $25.48/hour

Schedule: Monday Friday
We are seeking a skilled Information Technology Specialist to join our team and support our IT infrastructure, systems, and end-users. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor s degree in Information Technology or a related field, along with hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and a strong understanding of IT support best practices.
Provide technical support to staff on hardware, software, and network issues.
Manage and administer Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop and laptop computers, printers, and mobile devices.
Maintain and update system documentation, asset inventory, and IT support logs.
Assist with network security, data backups, and antivirus updates.
Support onboarding/offboarding procedures including account setup and equipment provisioning.
Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level IT staff or vendors as necessary.
Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.
Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum of 1-2 years of IT support experience, preferably in a professional environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and administration.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
Experience with Windows OS, Active Directory, and basic networking concepts.
Knowledge of remote support tools and IT ticketing systems.
CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications (a plus).
