Job Position: Clerical Clerk
Location: Orlando, FL 32803
Pay Rate: $21.64/hr.
Position Summary:
The Clerk Cashier will provide exceptional customer service while managing cash transactions and assisting with housing-related inquiries. This role involves processing payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting residents with various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process rental payments, security deposits, and other fees accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cash register, ensuring that all transactions are recorded and balanced.
- Assist residents with inquiries regarding leases, payment options, and housing services.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, receipts, and reports.
- Collaborate with property management to ensure compliance with housing regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance or business is a plus.
- Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
